Job Description
Ponsse UK Ltd are seeking a professional mobile technician to join our field team. servicing and repairing some of the worlds most advanced Cut to Length forestry equipment, with industry leading technology and digital solutions. If you have an eye for detail and customer service, we potential have a role for you. Supported by industry leading facilities and aftersales back up both locally and from our headquarters in Finland.
Main Duties of the role
Repair and timely service of customer machines both on site across the UK and in the state-of-the-art workshop facilities at Annan.
To identify and repair machinery as directed by the service management team.
Be prepared to be flexible in hours worked as the role requires.
While working in a safe and effective manner whilst keeping a tidy workplace
To complete task-based risk assessments and safe systems of work to ensure that hazards identified and the work is conducted safely
Keep the company vehicle in a tidy condition, serviced in line with manufacturers requirements whilst ensuring regular safety checks are conducted to confirm the vehicle is safe and legal.
Utilize great, industry leading customer service and diagnostics
Undertake required training to enable you to conduct the role to the best of your ability.
Team player and cooperation with the wider team.
