Transcend Fleet Care is a growing mobile HGV repair and fleet support business looking for a highly organised individual to play a key role in coordinating our mobile operations and supporting our growing team of technicians.

This is an important role within the business, helping coordinate jobs, support technicians in the field, and ensure our operations run efficiently.

The Role
You will play a key role in supporting our mobile engineering operations and keeping communication flowing between technicians, workshops, and customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing administrative and operational support to our mobile HGV repair team
• Coordinating and scheduling jobs for mobile technicians
• Communicating with customers regarding bookings, updates, and job progress
• Managing purchase orders (POs) and supporting invoicing processes to ensure jobs are billed accurately and on time
• Monitoring job progress and ensuring service updates are recorded accurately within internal systems
• Maintaining service records and operational documentation to support fleet compliance and reporting
• Liaising with workshops, parts suppliers, and technicians when required
• Supporting the coordination of parts, suppliers, and workshop partners where required
• Supporting the day-to-day running of our fleet maintenance operations

Location & Working Arrangement

• The role will be based at our Coleshill office
• Applicants should be willing to travel for occasional in-person meetings when required

Hours

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00 (flexible with times or hours for the right candidate)

Salary

• £26,000 – £32,000 per year (depending on experience)

Holiday Entitlement

• 21 days holiday plus bank holidays

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Confident communicator with customers and technical teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Comfortable working in a busy operational environment
• Experience within fleet, transport, workshop, engineering, or service coordination is beneficial but not essential
• Ability to work effectively individually or as part of a team
