You are comfortable operating in an environment of fast pace and uncertainty and thrive in solving hard problems within a cross-functional team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a vital role in building and scaling our Mobile App, empowering businesses to access flexible financing solutions. Your passion for technology and your ability to solve complex problems will be instrumental in driving our mission forward.Collaborating as part of an agile cross functional team, as well as technology guildsBuilding great user experiences for customersDelivering innovation through softwareImplement business functionality, using React Native, for both iOS and AndroidParticipate in code reviews, technical discussions and team collaborationMentor your colleaguesWrite unit, integration and end-to-end tests to ensure code is well testedQA features to find bugs, usability issues and performance concernsWhat we’re looking for 🌱We value deep expertise, but a growth mindset and good energy are what really make our team click. We’re a group that chooses to lift each other up and think smart every day.Commercial experience with React.js, React Native and the associated ecosystemStrong mobile automated testing experience (unit, integration & end-to-end)Good JavaScript knowledge, ideally including TypeScriptExperience with continuous delivery, build pipelines and app releases (both App Store and Play Store)Familiarity with mobile ecosystem tooling such as FirebaseFamiliarity with Gradle, XCode and other native build toolsAbility to work with REST APIs and third-party services/librariesSolid understanding of software engineering principlesExperience with code version controlExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAble to architect custom AI solutions and smart automated systems that are safe, maintainable, and aligned with our long-term missionAct as a technical bridge and mentor, training “builders” across the company to move from basic AI usage to sophisticated system creationWe’re building a place where everyone truly feels they belong.
