Role: ML Lead Type: 12 Months Contract Location: London, UK Working Model: Hybrid (2 days per week in office) Payrate: (Apply online only) GBP/day on Inside IR35 on Umbrella The Role: We are seeking an ML Lead to manage our team and spearhead the design and deployment of cutting-edge Agentic Systems and LLM applications. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Manage the ML team and collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders. LLM & Agent Development: Build autonomous AI agents, implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and fine-tune LLMs using PEFT techniques like LoRA. Data Engineering: Design and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines to process structured and unstructured data. MLOps & Infrastructure: Automate CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud/container infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes), and oversee secure model deployment and performance monitoring.
