About the role and the team
We are seeking a highly organised, diligent and detail-oriented professional to join our Strategic Advocacy, Growth and Engagement (SAGE) team as our Memberships and Operations Manager. This is a full-time, on-going position, with the successful candidate ideally based in the United Kingdom or UAE. This role will act as a central coordination point for administrative operations for the SAGE team, facilitating impactful membership engagement, business development support and providing a high-level of service delivery to both internal and external stakeholders.
As our Memberships and Operations Manager, you will have exceptional administrative skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and have a collaborative working style. Your strong communication skills, positive attitude, willingness to learn and flexible approach to work will be crucial in supporting both cross-functioning and regional teams across differing time zones. In this role you will be self-motivated, with strong stakeholder management skills, and will leverage your people and project management skills to ensure the smooth running of operations.
