About the role and the team
We are seeking a highly organised, diligent and detail-oriented professional to join our Strategic Advocacy, Growth and Engagement (SAGE) team as our Memberships and Operations Manager. This is a full-time, on-going position, with the successful candidate ideally based in the United Kingdom or UAE. This role will act as a central coordination point for administrative operations for the SAGE team, facilitating impactful membership engagement, business development support and providing a high-level of service delivery to both internal and external stakeholders.
As our Memberships and Operations Manager, you will have exceptional administrative skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and have a collaborative working style. Your strong communication skills, positive attitude, willingness to learn and flexible approach to work will be crucial in supporting both cross-functioning and regional teams across differing time zones. In this role you will be self-motivated, with strong stakeholder management skills, and will leverage your people and project management skills to ensure the smooth running of operations.
How will you contribute and your impact
- Skilled administrator: Drive seamless operations across the SAGE team, coordinating various administrative activities and acting as first point of contact for coordination.
- Stakeholder management: Champion the end-to-end membership lifecycle, delivering a high-quality experience from onboarding to renewals and maintaining accurate system records
- Business development support: Provide exceptional business support, such as diary and travel management for the GM, SAGE leads and other regional members as needed.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will bring your exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities with efficiency and accuracy. You will be confident working autonomously and communicating effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders across multiple time zones, while demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and sound judgement to ensure smooth operations. You will also bring your strong administrative expertise, excellent stakeholder engagement skills aligned with our company Values: integrity, quality and collaboration.
The ideal candidate will have the following background or skills:
- Highly proficient in administrative processes, with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (fluency in Arabic is desirable but not essential)
- Experience in Zoho CRM (desirable but not essential) and data management ensuring consistency with data integrity and reporting accuracy
