Member Experience Associate
Vallist – Finlaison House, Chancery Lane, London

This is not a standard receptionist role, it’s an opportunity to deliver hospitality-led service while helping shape the experience of a growing premium workspace brand.

The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Member Experience Associate to join our front-of-house team.
This is a hospitality-led role where you will be responsible for delivering a seamless and welcoming experience for members and guests, while supporting the day-to-day operations of the space.
You will work across reception, member support, communal spaces, and light administration, with the opportunity to contribute ideas, shape experiences, and be part of building something from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests with professionalism, warmth, and attention
- Manage enquiries via phone, email, and in person efficiently and courteously
- Maintain the presentation, cleanliness, and organisation of all communal spaces at all times
- Prepare and reset meeting rooms and shared areas to a consistently high standard
- Support light coffee and refreshment service when required (barista experience is a plus; training provided)
- Handle member requests, feedback, and complaints in a calm, solutions-focused manner
- Ensure a consistently high level of member satisfaction through proactive service
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain member records
- Assist with bookings, tours and light upselling of services
- Support administrative and operational tasks as required
- Contribute ideas, support event coordination, and help shape the member experience
Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or similar front-of-house roles preferred
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
- Confident managing member interactions, including resolving complaints
- Organised, reliable, and proactive
- Basic IT and administrative skills (training provided)
- Barista or coffee service experience is a plus (not essential)
- Additional languages are beneficial but not required
Salary & Benefits
- £26,000 – £29,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Benefits package available following successful probation period
- Additional hours paid for any approved overtime
This is a Monday to Friday role; however, occasional weekend shifts may be required to support events within the space. These will be planned in advance and compensated accordingly.

Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
