Member Engagement Co-ordinator
At The Institute of Chartered Accountants England & Wales (ICAEW), you’ll be part of an organisation that’s shaping the future of business, finance and the accountancy profession on a global scale. Our bold 2030 Strategy puts members, innovation, sustainability and trust at the heart of everything we do; creating an exciting, forward looking environment where your work has real impact. We invest in our people through our benefits package, continuous development and a supportive, inclusive culture that empowers you to grow and thrive. If you’re looking for a role with purpose, influence and opportunity, ICAEW is a place where your future can truly take shape.
We’re looking for a Member Engagement Co-ordinator to join our team in London on an Fixed-term basis. This role offers a salary of £25,375-£32,100 and a hybrid working pattern of 2 days in the office and 3 days from home each week.
The Member Engagement Co‑ordinator plays a key role in strengthening ICAEW’s connection with its diverse European membership. The postholder is responsible for supporting the activities of regional member groups, acting as a primary point of contact for enquiries, and ensuring high‑quality engagement across all interactions.
The role coordinates meetings, events, and communications, while maintaining accurate records of member activity and outcomes. Working closely with the Regional Director, the Co‑ordinator provides administrative and project support and promotes collaboration and knowledge‑sharing across the member community. This role ensures that members are well‑supported, informed, and encouraged to participate actively in ICAEW’s European network.
