This is a Band 4/5 progression post, designed for both experienced hospital pharmacy technicians and those looking to transition from community or other pharmacy sectors. Previous hospital experience is not essential.
You will be supported through a comprehensive in‑house training programme, including medicines management competencies, digital skills development and leadership training. Progression to Band 5 includes Accredited Checking Technician (ACT) development, if not already achieved, and opportunities to specialise in clinical areas of interest.
