Leader Education are currently recruiting for a Maths Teacher to work in a specialist SEMH school in Manchester, a forward-thinking school dedicated to supporting pupils across Manchester and the surrounding areas. About The Role

• Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons tailored to the needs of pupils with SEMH
• Create a supportive and structured learning environment to promote emotional regulation and resilience
• Develop and implement individualised learning plans and behaviour strategies
• Collaborate closely with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure holistic care and progress
• Track pupil progress, contribute to reports, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching SEMH or in specialist settings
• Strong understanding of SEMH, SEND, and positive behaviour strategies
• Ability to build strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
• Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive approach to teaching and pastoral care
• Passion for helping pupils overcome barriers and achieve their full potential
