About the Role
We are building the marketing execution function for a portfolio of UK-based brands spanning property investment, AI education, coaching, and health. Our AI-powered systems generate campaign strategies, content plans, and copy. What we need is the person who takes all of that and makes it run.
As Marketing Operator, you will own marketing execution across multiple brands. You will manage a Campaign Manager and a Social Media Manager, coordinate across the team, and build the processes that make campaigns go out on time, on brand, and with clear results reported back to the business.
Your first mission is the launch of a property investment book on 22 May 2026. The team is already in place. The campaign is already planned. You will take it from plan to live.

How to Apply
Send your CV along with answers to all four screening questions below.
Question 1 — Coordination, translation & early-stage fit
Tell me about a time you took a verbal brief or half-formed idea from a senior leader and turned it into a structured plan that others could execute. What did the starting point look like, what did you do to bring it to life, and what happened? Bonus points if it was in an environment where the systems or processes weren’t fully built yet.
Question 2 — Team management, coordination & delegation
Describe a time you managed or coordinated a small team to deliver a project or ongoing workload. How did you decide what to delegate, how did you keep people on track, and what did you do when something wasn’t being delivered to the standard or deadline you needed? If you’ve managed freelancers, contractors, or remote team members specifically — tell us about that.
Question 3 — Execution, campaigns & tools
Walk us through a marketing project or outreach campaign you’ve executed or coordinated end-to-end. What was the goal, what channels and tools were used, and what was your specific role in making it happen? If you’ve ever built a process, template, dashboard, or system from scratch to support a campaign — tell us about that too.
Question 4 — AI fluency & application
How are you currently using AI tools in your work? Give us a specific example of a project or task where you used AI — what you did, what tool you used, and what the result was. We use AI extensively across everything we do, so we’re looking for someone who already has a habit here, not someone who’s just getting started.
We are looking for evidence that you build things, coordinate people, and create order in fast-moving environments. Generic answers will not progress.
