Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator supports the Global Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and EMEA Director in executing marketing campaigns, supporting lead generation activities, maintaining branded materials, and assisting with sales and marketing initiatives across the EMEA region. While primarily focused on EMEA operations, the role may also assist with marketing activities in the Americas and APAC as needed.

Responsibilities include coordinating marketing campaigns, supporting events and promotional initiatives, conducting customer and competitor research, managing marketing and sales materials, coordinating marketing-generated leads, and assisting with reporting and administrative marketing activities.

Overall responsibilities include:

• Supporting regional and global marketing campaigns, including campaign coordination, audience lists, localisation, promotional activities, and lead generation support.
• Learning Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (CI) and other marketing tools to support email marketing, newsletters, social media, webinars, event invitations, and digital marketing activities.
• Supporting lead management activities by qualifying marketing-generated leads, assigning qualified leads to sales teams—including sales executives, customer success managers (CSMs), and sales development representatives (SDRs)—distributing lead tracking sheets, and coordinating follow-up activities.
• Creating, updating, standardising, and maintaining branded sales and marketing materials, templates, PowerPoint presentations, reports, spreadsheets, brochures, event materials, banners, and promotional items for sales, partner, client, and internal initiatives.
• Assisting with webinars, Microsoft conferences, client briefings, partner meetings, and other virtual and in-person events, including scheduling, logistics, materials preparation, and follow-up activities.
• Supporting promotional activities and campaigns for new products, services, partnerships, and company initiatives to increase visibility and support lead generation efforts.
• Updating Microsoft Partner Centre records, prospect information, lead tracking data, and follow-up activity reports.
• Assisting the Global CMO and EMEA Director with customer, market, and competitor research to identify trends, purchasing behaviours, preferences, and market opportunities.
• Collaborating with Microsoft Partners, ISVs, distributors, sales teams, and design resources to develop co-branded presentations, promotional materials, social media assets, and product marketing content.
• Drafting and assisting with social media content, campaigns, blog posts, marketing copy, and other written communications to support brand visibility and marketing initiatives.
• Supporting the Global CMO, EMEA Director, and Finance team with the coordination and tracking of Microsoft and partner Co-Op and Marketing Development Funds (MDF), including campaign documentation and reporting support.
• Assisting with internal marketing meetings, presentations, town halls, scheduling, meeting materials, and related team coordination activities.
• Managing marketing tasks, timelines, and coordination activities using Microsoft Planner and related collaboration tools.
• Participating in recurring marketing and sales meetings and assisting with related reporting, updates, coordination, and related administrative activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field, with 1–3 years of marketing experience preferred.
• Strong organisational, multitasking, and administrative skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines.
• Proficiency in, or the ability to quickly learn, digital marketing platforms, social media tools, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Office applications, and reporting tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently as a proactive and reliable self-starter while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Creativity, design experience, multimedia content creation skills, and familiarity with marketing analytics tools are considered advantages.
• Strong written communication skills in English. Work samples may be requested.
• Occasional travel may be required.
