Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing and Administration professional, based in Castleblayney. The role involves managing marketing activities, conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting sales initiatives. In addition, the role includes general administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth operational processes within the company. Assisting with managing and keeping our stock control system up to date

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in Market Research and developing data-driven insights to drive strategic decisions.
• Proficiency in Marketing Strategy and Sales to promote products and drive revenue growth.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for administrative tasks.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented, on-site environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as Microsoft Excel
• Creative and familiar with the use of Canva
• Previous experience in FMCG or related industries is advantageous.
