Join our transnational team, where we bridge the gap between digital innovation and the factory floor by developing advanced simulations and custom software. You’ll play a key role in supporting our current aircraft and evolving our product lines, ensuring our manufacturing processes are world-class. Most importantly, you’ll help shape the future of flight by testing the Next Generation Aircraft technologies that will define our industry.
How You Will Contribute To The Team
- Drive the development and validation of advanced forming simulations to support key feasibility studies for future aircraft programs.
- Use Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to predict damage progression and assess the “effect of defects,” ensuring manufacturing anomalies never compromise structural integrity.
- Validate sophisticated simulation models against real-world physical tests to ensure total accuracy.
- Act as the lead focal point for external partnerships, bringing state-of-the-art simulation capabilities and global expertise in-house.
ABOUT YOU:
- Engineering degree (PhD preferred) and experience in manufacturing simulation or airframe structures.
- Strong problem-solving skills in advanced failure analysis and composite manufacturing.
- An agile, collaborative spirit who enjoys challenging the status quo in an international environment.
- Fluency in English with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for any audience.
