You’ll work with leading sporting foundations, delivery partners and health organisations to implement evidence-based programs that improve the lives of young men and their communities.Lead implementation of Movember’s Young Men’s Health initiatives across mainland Europe, particularly within the Sports Health portfolioManage end-to-end delivery of programs and projects across planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluationBuild and manage strategic partnerships with sporting foundations, community organisations and delivery partners across EuropeAct as Movember’s key implementation contact for young men’s health programs in-marketSupport the rollout and expansion of Movember Ahead of the Game across mainland EuropeMonitor program performance, quality and KPIs to ensure successful delivery against agreed outcomesSupport implementation budgeting, reporting and operational planningWork closely with fundraising and marketing teams to support funding opportunities and partner engagementChampion implementation best practice, continuous improvement and effective project management approaches across marketsSupport embedding implementation science approaches, tools and frameworks into program deliveryTravel regularly across mainland Europe to support partnerships and program deliveryNo Moustache Required – But The Following AreFluency in at least one European language such as French, Dutch or GermanA minimum of 3 years’ experience delivering complex projects specifically within mental health, public health or community health sectorsExperience managing partnerships and building relationships with external stakeholdersExperience monitoring program delivery against KPIs, timelines and budgetsExperience with contract management, commissioning or grant-funded programsComfortable traveling regularly across mainland EuropeNot Mission Critical – But For Extra Bonus PointsTertiary qualification in a relevant field such as public health, psychology, health promotion, sport management, social impact or a related disciplineExperience working with sporting organisations or sport-for-development organisationsExperience working within the non-profit sectorsExperience implementing mental health or wellbeing programs for young people or specifically menUnderstanding of implementation science or evidence translation approachesExperience managing programs across multiple countries or large geographical regionsHybrid Working This role follows our wider UK hybrid working approach, with a minimum of 2 in-office days per week.Good CauseWorking for Movember, you’ll help turn ideas (and moustaches) into millions for men’s health.
