Manager, Administration Full Time NEW

Job Summary:

We are looking for a self‑driven and responsible Manager with a strong interest in reviewing agreements and contracts. The role involves managing license agreements, corporate and government‑related submissions, and participating in on‑ground interactions. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure compliance, accuracy, and effective execution of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and manage Administrative Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate and track contract renewals, including but not limited to Office Lease, Telecommunications, Courier services, Travel and other corporate service contracts.
• Serve as the Business Unit (BU) administrator for legal contracts, ensuring proper documentation, monitoring, and compliance.
• Act as the Risk Management Representative, supporting risk identification, documentation, and reporting.
• Act as the Compliance Representative, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage Electronic Records Management, including proper filing, retention, and retrieval of records.
• Liaise with relevant authorities such as IRAS for unit number matters and handle Singapore Post (SingPost) letter box applications.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely execution of administrative tasks.
• Perform other ad‑hoc administrative duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Building, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in administration, corporate support, or contract management roles
• Familiarity with compliance, risk management, and records management is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Job Location & Schedule:

• Integrated Resort and Genting Centre
• 5 days/week in-office
• Occasional need to work during weekend/public holiday
