Location: 1HQ Diageo, 16 Great Marlborough Street, London, W1F 7HS
Salary: £15.05 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Working Pattern: 5 days per week, shifts between 7:00am–3:30pm, 9:00am–5:30pm and 10:30am–7:00pm
Contract Type: Permanent – Full Time

As a Mailroom Assistant at Sodexo, based at 1HQ Diageo in the heart of Soho, you’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the site’s mailroom and porter services. You’ll be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing mail and parcels, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and professionally.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering a high standard of service, and works well as part of a team.

What you’ll do:

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and parcel deliveries
• Carry out internal mail and package distribution across site
• Support with porter duties as required
• Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks
• Deliver excellent customer service to colleagues and visitors
• Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and site policies
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to support daily operations
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the service
