Job DescriptionLocation: Oakleigh Enterprise Hub, 259 Oakleigh Road NorthWe are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Hindi Language speaker Live-in Carer to provide support, companionship, and assistance with daily living for individuals who wish to remain in the comfort of their own homes. This is a rewarding position that offers the opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life while becoming an integral part of their daily routine.The client only speak hindi Language, and that is the reason we are particularly looking for a Hindi-speaking live-in Experienced carer.Only full-time permission allowed carers are eligible for this job role – No sponsorship provided for this roleAbout The RoleKey Responsibilities:Hindi speaker onlyProviding personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, grooming).Assisting with mobility and transfers, including the use of mobility aids if required.Administering or prompting medication as directed.Preparing meals and supporting with feeding where necessary.Housekeeping duties include cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment.Companionship – engaging in conversation, hobbies, and social activities.Supporting with shopping, appointments, and outings.Monitoring and reporting any changes in health or well-being to family members or healthcare professionals.RequirementsPrevious experience in care (professional or personal) preferred but not always essential.Kind, patient, and empathetic nature.Good communication skills and ability to follow care plans.Flexibility and reliability.Willingness to live in the client’s home, providing support as required.Basic cooking and housekeeping skills.BenefitsCompetitive pay (to be agreed based on experience).Accommodation and meals included.Ongoing support and training opportunities.The chance to make a real difference in someone’s daily life.Skills NeededAbout The CompanyEstablished in 2019, Walfinch has rapidly expanded its services across the UK, becoming a trusted name in domiciliary care.
