The Position

We are seeking enthusiastic and a reliable individual to join our team as a Lifestyle & Farm Shop Assistant. This is a varied and engaging role, offering the opportunity to work across both the Lifestyle shop and the Farm Shop.

You Will:

• Deliver excellent customer service across both the Lifestyle and Farm Shop areas
• Support the smooth day-to-day running of the store, ensuring high standards of presentation throughout
• Assist with merchandising and maintaining beautifully presented lifestyle displays
• Handle deliveries, restocking and general shop floor duties
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a welcoming, friendly and inspiring shopping environment

Full training will be provided, including deli counter service and product knowledge across both retail areas.

The Candidate

A genuine interest in food, lifestyle products and customer service is essential. Previous retail or hospitality experience is preferred.

You Will:

• Be friendly, approachable and confident engaging with customers
• Have a passion for quality food and beautifully curated retail products
• Be reliable, flexible and a strong team player
• Be willing to learn and develop knowledge across both deli and lifestyle ranges
• Be comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
