Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with their enquiries to ensure a positive experience
• Oversee the organisation and smooth operation of leisure activities and facilities
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of leisure areas, ensuring safety standards are met
• Handle guest feedback or complaints professionally, aiming for swift resolution
• Support management in organising special events or programmes as required
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanour
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Organised with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends or evenings if required
