An opportunity has arisen for a Learning Support Manager to join The Trafford & Stockport College Group (TSCG) to help us achieve our vision of unlocking potential for successful futures.

You will be an inspirational leader, who can demonstrate the ability to deliver the College’s key objectives relating to high quality, personalised learning support, whilst inspiring others through excellent communication, engagement and partnership skills.

The Job

You will lead highly effective and committed teams of Learning Facilitators to ensure that learners with SEND and High Needs are appropriately identified and supported to progress and achieve their aims. You will demonstrate the ability to formulate excellent working partnerships with stakeholders to provide wide ranging support services and opportunities for bespoke supported learning. You will lead on quality assurance processes and the EHCP consultation process to ensure that support is personalised for High Needs learners and appropriate funding is secured.
