The Job
You will lead highly effective and committed teams of Learning Facilitators to ensure that learners with SEND and High Needs are appropriately identified and supported to progress and achieve their aims. You will demonstrate the ability to formulate excellent working partnerships with stakeholders to provide wide ranging support services and opportunities for bespoke supported learning. You will lead on quality assurance processes and the EHCP consultation process to ensure that support is personalised for High Needs learners and appropriate funding is secured.

In certain cases, it may be appropriate to appoint to a higher point in the pay grade at the discretion of the People & Culture Director due to the candidate’s current salary, experience or qualifications.
