Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in North Finchley, United Kingdom. The Lead Receptionist will oversee front desk operations, manage incoming and outgoing communication, and ensure the smooth running of administrative and clerical tasks. Responsibilities will include opening the clinic, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, maintaining office records, assisting with customer inquiries, assisting junior team members and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the role requires coordinating daily schedules for the clinic’s practitioners and submitting medical insurance claims.

This role is ideal for someone looking for a slightly more flexible working schedule who is ambitious and wanting to progress to a Clinic Manager position.

The position offers a 30 hour week, 8am – 2pm Monday to Friday with a salary range of £23,000 to £26,000. There will also be an opportunity to earn a performance related annual bonus of up to 5% of salary.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Familiarity with Cliniko software
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including managing schedules, maintaining records, and handling office documentation
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to address client inquiries professionally and empathetically
• Attention to detail, organizational ability, and capability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is highly desired
• Familiarity with scheduling software and multi-line phone systems is advantageous
