Build digital products that matter, when it matters most.
At Dignity, our technology supports colleagues who help families through some of life’s most difficult moments. We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to take ownership of our core web‑based funeral operations platforms, Care & Arranger, and lead their continued modernisation.
This is a hands‑on product leadership role where you’ll shape roadmaps, work closely with frontline teams, and turn real operational challenges into practical, user‑centred digital solutions.
The opportunity
As Lead Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for the end‑to‑end development and evolution of internal systems used daily by funeral directors and support teams across our estate. Your focus will be on improving efficiency, reliability and usability, ensuring our people have the tools they need to deliver exceptional service.
You’ll work closely with Operations, Technology and Product colleagues to translate strategic goals into lean, deliverable plans, always keeping the user at the heart of decision‑making.
