🚀 We’re Hiring: Lead Product Manager (E-commerce – Customer experience)
We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to own and evolve the end-to-end customer experience across our e-commerce platforms.
You’ll play a key role in shaping how customers discover, purchase, and redeem experiences across our two brands: Picniq and Into The Blue.
This is a high-impact role at the centre of our growth strategy, focused on driving conversion, performance, and seamless customer journeys across multiple products built on a shared technology stack.
You’ll take ownership of the full customer experience, from discovery through to redemption, and help us deliver best-in-class journeys across high-traffic consumer platforms.
What You’ll Own
• The front-store experience across both brands (Picniq & Into The Blue)
• End-to-end customer journeys: search, discovery, recommendations, checkout, and redemption experience
• The rollout and optimisation of a new front-store for Into The Blue using Picniq technology
• Website performance (speed, uptime, UX quality)
• Conversion rate optimisation and A/B testing roadmap
• Trading enablement (working closely with commercial teams to maximise revenue)
Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute the product strategy for customer-facing platforms
• Drive measurable improvements in conversion, engagement, and revenue
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing to deliver best-in-class UX
• Partner with trading teams to optimise merchandising, offers, and campaigns
• Lead experimentation (A/B testing, personalisation, recommendations)
• Ensure a high-performing, fast, and reliable web experience
• Own the customer-facing redemption journey and booking UX
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience as a senior product manager in e-commerce or marketplace environments
• Strong track record in conversion optimisation and customer experience
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and experimentation tools
• Experience working on high-traffic consumer products
• Ability to balance commercial impact with user experience
• Strong stakeholder management across commercial and technical teams
Why Join Us?
• Own high-impact products across two established brands
• Shape the future of experience gifting and ticketing
• Work on a modern, shared technology platform with real scale
• High autonomy and direct impact on business performance
If you’re excited by building customer experiences that drive real commercial growth, we’d love to hear from you!
