Key Responsibilities
Identify and source high-quality leads within target segments:
Architects & interior designers
Developers
Hospitality operators
High-end residential projects
Conduct structured outbound outreach
Add and maintain all leads in the company CRM system before outreach
Qualify leads based on:
Budget
Authority
Need
Timeline
Initiate conversations and move prospects toward a meeting
Book qualified meetings directly into the sales team’s calendar
Ensure complete and accurate handover notes for each booked meeting
Track performance and continuously improve outreach messaging and targeting
Requirements
Role Objective
Your role is to build and feed the sales pipeline by identifying the right clients, initiating conversations, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings for the sales team.
