Role Description

This is a full-time Lead Auditor position based in Greater London or the surrounding counties. As a Lead Auditor at 3Core2 Certification Ltd, you will be responsible for planning, conducting, and reporting management system audits in accordance with accredited ISO standards and internal procedures. You will lead audit teams, provide guidance and mentorship to junior auditors, and ensure that all audit activities uphold the highest levels of professionalism, impartiality, and technical competence.

Qualifications

• Audit Expertise: Experience in conducting and leading audits, analyzing processes, and assessing compliance with regulations.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of safety, quality, and standards in testing, inspection, and certification sectors.
• Communication and Leadership: Proven ability to provide guidance to teams, prepare comprehensive reports, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail and Analytical Skills: Proficiency in evaluating data, identifying discrepancies, and recommending improvements.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with compliance tools, reporting software, and standard auditing frameworks.
• Relevant certification in auditing (e.g., ISO Lead Auditor or similar) is required.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations is a strong advantage.
• Available to travel regionally as required for audit engagements.
