Reporting to the Head of HR Shared Service Delivery, the key objective of this role is to lead the Learning and Development Support Team to provide comprehensive administrative and service delivery support. This support will be aligned to the requirements of the business, Learning and Development leaders within the organisation as well as The People Hub HR function, most notably in the areas of:
You will provide support and services to a wide range of customers including but not limited to L&D leaders within the organisation and the People Hub on all aspects of delivering Sopra Steria’s training programmes.
This is a hybrid role working out of our Newcastle Office 3 days per week, Tues – Thurs

Salary: £45K – £50K depending on experience
