Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Landscape Sales focused Project Leader based in London. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their landscaping and garden design needs, providing expert sales consultation, and offering tailored solutions. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, preparing tailored proposals, and working collaboratively with the design and operations teams to deliver projects that exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Consulting, with the ability to build and close sales opportunities in the landscaping or garden design industry
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Excellent Communication and Consulting skills to effectively understand and address client requirements
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Problem Solving where necessary.
• A proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Commercial awareness
• Good knowledge of landscaping and garden design.
• Driver’s license is a must
