Thrift Taco is an East London food brand serving serious food in busy pubs and breweries. We’re a small team focused on high-quality tacos, housemade sauces, good ingredients, and creating a fun, welcoming environment without taking ourselves too seriously.

We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working Kitchen Assistant / KP to help keep the kitchen running smoothly. The role includes dishes, cleaning, prep support, organisation, receiving deliveries, and developing cooking skills over time.

This is physically active work in small, busy kitchens, but it’s also a good opportunity for someone who wants to learn how professional kitchens and restaurant businesses actually operate day to day.

We care much more about attitude, reliability, energy, curiosity, and willingness to learn than polished CVs or fancy experience.
