The successful candidate will lead and coordinate our provision for pupils with SEND, working collaboratively with staff, families and external specialists to ensure that support is both impactful and empowering. To excel in this role, you will bring strong expertise of SEND practice, a clear understanding of current legislation and best practice approaches, and the ability to guide and inspire colleagues across the school. You will be an
advocate for inclusive pedagogy, a reflective practitioner, and a compassionate leader who places pupil wellbeing at the heart of every decision.
