Junior Operations / Studio Assistant Full Time

We are looking for a Junior Operations / Studio Associate to support the day-to-day running of the business across production, studio, and team operations.

This is not a narrow, desk-based role. You will sit across multiple areas of the business, helping to keep projects moving, the studio running, and the team operating at a high level.

You Will Work Closely With Production, Creative, And Leadership Teams, Supporting The Delivery Of High-performance Filmmaking Across a Wide Range Of Projects, Including

• Broadcast TV commercials
• Social-first hero films
• High-volume, fast-turnaround content

This role is about energy, ownership, and attention to detail. You will be expected to step in where needed, solve problems quickly, and support the team under pressure.

• You’ll work across the entire business, not within a single function
• You’ll gain exposure to high-end production from day one
• You’ll help shape how the studio operates as we scale
• You’ll be trusted early and expected to take ownership
• You’ll learn fast by being in the middle of real projects

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Studio Support

• Support the day-to-day running of the studio environment
• Ensure the space is organised, functional, and reflective of the brand
• Assist with internal processes, documentation, and systems

Production Support

• Support production teams across planning and delivery
• Assist with shoot logistics including travel, kit, crew, and scheduling
• Help coordinate freelancers and suppliers

Coordination & Communication

• Act as a central point of coordination across teams
• Support clear communication between production, creative, and operations
• Ensure key information is captured, organised, and shared

Problem Solving & Delivery

• Identify issues early and take action to resolve them
• Support the team in fast-moving, high-pressure environments
• Maintain attention to detail across all aspects of work

Process & Improvement

• Help refine and improve internal ways of working
• Support the implementation of scalable systems as the business grows
