Company Description
TAM Asset Management Ltd is an award winning discretionary asset management company offering innovative investment solutions. We collaborate with financial advisers, intermediaries, and fiduciaries to deliver tailored investment services to meet the needs of clients. Authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Role Description
TAM Asset Management is seeking a full-time role based in London for July, to join its close-knit operations and trade support team. Reporting into the investment team, the successful candidate will work alongside experienced operations specialists across administration, trade execution, and client-facing functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in investment management, gaining broad, hands-on exposure across a fast-growing firm.
The ideal candidate will have some prior experience in an administration or financial services environment, with familiarity in reconciliation processes, Excel, and back-office systems considered beneficial. They will demonstrate strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines, and be dependable, detail-oriented, and efficient under pressure. The role requires a confident communicator who is comfortable developing relationships with a varied range of external counterparties, alongside a proactive, hard-working attitude and a genuine interest in investment management.
This includes a competitive London entry-level salary and a hybrid working arrangement that is primarily office-based, with four days per week in the office and flexibility built around the individual. The role also provides opportunities for rapid career development within a growing investment management firm, alongside the chance to work in a small, collaborative, and experienced team environment.

· Collaborate with fund analyst teams to onboard new securities efficiently
· Maintain and develop a robust investment database to support group-wide reporting and back-office due diligence
