This post is within the Surgical Directorates. The duties involve the clinical care of acute and elective admissions to the General Surgical Units with participation in a rota of 30 FY1 doctors including short and long day shifts, weekends and nights shifts. Sub-specialties include Colorectal, Upper GI, Hepatobiliary and Urology.This post is not recognised for training by NHS Education for Scotland.
