🚀 Jira / Atlassian Specialist – £625/day (Outside IR35) – Fully Remote 🚀

Looking for an experienced Jira Service Management (JSM) specialist to review and improve an existing support environment ahead of a major go-live.

📅 Contract: 3–4 weeks (initially)

📍 Location: Remote (UK-based)

🕐 Start: June 2026

💼 Status: Outside IR35

What you’ll be doing:

• Auditing an existing JSM setup and identifying improvement areas
• Enhancing workflows, SLAs, queues, and routing
• Implementing core automation rules (triage, routing, notifications)
• Structuring and seeding a customer-facing knowledge base
• Configuring a proof-of-concept Atlassian Rovo (AI) agent
• Delivering clear documentation and handover

Experience you’ll need:

• Strong hands-on Jira Service Management experience
• Experience improving (not just building) JSM environments
• Experience with automation rules and support workflows
• Knowledge base structuring (JSM / Confluence)
• Familiarity with Rovo (Atlassian AI)
• Ability to work independently and deliver quickly
