🚀 Jira / Atlassian Specialist – £625/day (Outside IR35) – Fully Remote 🚀
Looking for an experienced Jira Service Management (JSM) specialist to review and improve an existing support environment ahead of a major go-live.
📅 Contract: 3–4 weeks (initially)
📍 Location: Remote (UK-based)
🕐 Start: June 2026
💼 Status: Outside IR35
What you’ll be doing:
- Auditing an existing JSM setup and identifying improvement areas
- Enhancing workflows, SLAs, queues, and routing
- Implementing core automation rules (triage, routing, notifications)
- Structuring and seeding a customer-facing knowledge base
- Configuring a proof-of-concept Atlassian Rovo (AI) agent
- Delivering clear documentation and handover
Experience you’ll need:
- Strong hands-on Jira Service Management experience
- Experience improving (not just building) JSM environments
- Experience with automation rules and support workflows
- Knowledge base structuring (JSM / Confluence)
- Familiarity with Rovo (Atlassian AI)
- Ability to work independently and deliver quickly
