Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in IT solutions and services. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and leading strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets
● Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors and clients
● Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and productivity
● Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose tailored solutions for clients
Requirements
● Proven track record in sales management or business development
● Strong understanding of IT solutions and services
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills
● Strong relationship building skills
● Ability to work in an international environment
