• Manage and maintain asset database
• Manage IT asset stockroom
• Process requests for changing asset information
• Creation of transfer orders for assets that need to be shipped
• Work with stakeholders to collect assets from users that are leaving the company
• Allocate IT assets for upcoming new hires and migrations
• Monitor request queue within ServiceNow
• Management of UK cell phone inventory and assist with upgrade project
• Provide assistance with IT asset disposals
• Reconciliation of assets between in-stock, deployed, and discovery tools
• Work with Prod Tech and Client Services when applicable to ensure they have the equipment they need
