Role Description

This is a unique opportunity to get involved in a start-up environment, getting your hands dirty with new exciting challenges every day and to provide support to the Co-Founders on a rotation program working with our Head of Business, Head of Operations & Partnerships and Head of Marketing & Growth directly.

As an Intern, you will support the team in managing programs and workflow design, analyze data to provide actionable insights, communicate findings effectively, and deliver training to clients and team members.

The role will also involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs, offering customer service support, and assisting in the implementation of AI-driven strategies that align with client goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Program Management and the ability to assist in project execution and deliverables.

• Ability to assist in Training programs and effectively transfer knowledge to team members or clients.
• Outstanding Customer Service skills to support client interactions and foster positive relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic familiarity with AI concepts and applications is a plus.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, Communications, or a related field.

Duration

Three months – Fixed dates 1st June – 30th September 2026 with potential to extend.

Ability to work remotely ideally from the UK.

Remuneration

Whilst no salary is offered, after four weeks’ probation there is the opportunity to join a sales incentive scheme where successful candidates will be remunerated based on efforts and achievements with a pre-established % upon closing successful deals on an uncapped potential.
