The Role

We’re looking for a Internal IT & IT Hardware Support Associate to join our UK team. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to build a career in hardware technology, IT support, or technical sales combining IT product support, technical troubleshooting, software support and server support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide product, technical & software support to the UK office and team
• Assist with troubleshooting hardware and basic software issues
• Support RMA (returns) processes, including diagnostics and coordination
• Contribute to CAR & FAR analysis (Corrective and Failure Analysis Reporting)
• Support the sales team with technical queries and troubleshooting
• Provide internal IT support for UK office staff when required
• Maintain clear documentation of issues, solutions, and customer interactions

About You

• Interest in hardware, storage technology, or IT troubleshooting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
• Basic understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting
• Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge

Nice to have (not essential):

• Experience with storage, multimedia, or embedded products
• Familiarity with RMA or technical support environments
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
