As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Internal Dental Recruiter to help us secure the very best dental professionals to power our growth
The Role
As our Internal Dental Recruiter, you will be at the forefront of attracting and securing high-calibre talent across all roles in our practices – from clinicians and hygienists to nurses and support teams. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, driving the talent pipeline that ensures we can deliver excellence in patient care and operational performance.
This role offers the opportunity to influence how we attract talent, enhance candidate experience, and support our managers in building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Attraction & Sourcing
Create compelling job adverts that reflect our brand and attract the best talent.
Proactively source candidates through CV databases, social media, and professional networks.
Build and maintain talent pools for current and future needs.
Recruitment & Selection
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from advertising through to offer and onboarding.
Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews, ensuring only high-quality candidates progress.
Partner with practice managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment to business goals.
Candidate Experience & Employer Brand
Deliver a professional, engaging, and supportive candidate journey from first contact to hire.
Promote Banning Dental Group as an employer of choice within the dental sector.
Uphold high standards of communication to reflect our values at every touchpoint.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Track recruitment metrics and share insights with management to drive improvements.
Continuously refine sourcing strategies to stay competitive in a fast-moving market.
Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes, systems, and employer branding
Requirements
Proven recruitment experience (healthcare/dental preferred but not essential).
Strong knowledge of job boards, sourcing platforms, and recruitment marketing.
Confident using CRM systems to manage pipelines and track progress.
Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
Highly organised, proactive, and resilient, with the ability to work independently.
Commercial awareness – ability to align recruitment decisions with business growth needs.
