Recruit UK are working on an exciting opportunity for an Insurance Administrator to join a Financial Planning firm.
Our client is an independent financial planning practice who specialise in a wide variety of financial solutions for the clients they work for across the South East. One of their areas of expertise is Protection products, to ensure their clients are covered no matter the circumstances. As this team continues to grow and promote, they are looking for an administrator to join their back office team. Duties:
- Process and administrator individual and corporate clients insurance policies
- Assisting the adviser team with new quotes
- Recording client data accurately on the back office system
- Produce suitability reports post meeting for policies being renewed or set up
- General administration duties

Skills and experience required:
- Experience working within the insurance (personal or corporate) or a relevant undergraduate degree to show a keen interest in the industry.
- Experience working in an Administration role within an office environment
- Strong organisation and prioritization skills, alongside strong communication both oral and written
