The Role:

We’re looking for an Insurance Administrator (Case Manager) to help support our growing team of insurance advisers. The role will include the following:

• Preparing and sending out customer documents.
• Liaising with GP surgeries and the insurers.
• Performing due-diligence and anti-money-laundering checks.
• Providing customers with updates and answering their questions.
• Putting policies into force, and ensuring customers receive their documents.
• Reinstating customer payments where direct debits have failed.

You will work as part of a team who are really like a family – we all help and support each other in this busy, challenging, but ultimately rewarding role.

Must Haves:

• A good command of the English language.
• A confident and clear phone manner.
• Proficient with a computer including outlook, word, and excel.
• A strong attention to detail and desire to do best by the customer at all times.

Nice To Haves:

• Experience doing administrative work in the financial services industry (e.g. banking, mortgages, insurance etc)

• Salary – £26,500
• Bonus – up to £450 per month in year 1
• Realistic earnings for year 1 – £30,000- £32,000

Note – The role is advertised as a remote-role, but if you prefer to work from the office on a full-time or hybrid basis (our head office is based at NN12 7YD) then you are of course welcome to do so!

Pay: £26,500.00-£32,000.00 per year
