Role Description:
As a Inside Sales Associate, you will be the dedicated owner of our “Long Tail” account portfolio, specifically managing customer accounts with an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of under $50K.
This is a high-impact role perfect for someone early in their account management career. You will be responsible for the day-to-day relationship management, retention, and growth of these accounts, ensuring they get maximum value from Symphony. Additionally, you will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with our Inside Sales and Marketing teams on exciting outbound sales campaigns, blending account management with strategic business development.
