Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an inherited client bank through ongoing financial advice and regular client reviews
• Deliver holistic financial planning across pensions, investments, protection, and wealth management solutions
• Build strong, long-lasting client relationships based on trust, transparency, and tailored advice
• Work closely with the internal paraplanning and admin teams to ensure seamless client service
• Maintain high standards of compliance and uphold the firm’s professional reputation

What We’re Looking For

• Level 4 Diploma qualified (DipPFS or equivalent)
• Proven experience as a Financial Adviser within an IFA or wealth management environment
• Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine passion for delivering top-tier client service
• A motivated, proactive approach with the desire to contribute to a growing and ambitious firm
