The role
As an ICT Senior Applications Analyst you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and supporting business solutions using the Group’s corporate and cloud applications and Microsoft technology stack.
You must be an experienced professional with a strong background in systems analysis, solution architecture, and stakeholder engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, robust, and cost-effective solutions that align with organisational objectives.
The right fit
- Degree level qualification (or equivalent experience).
- Strong Microsoft platform experience across Azure, the power platform, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online and SQL Server, including integration and security.
- You have experience delivering technology change/projects with stakeholders, managing time, budget and change control.
- You’re confident analysing problems and translating business needs into practical solutions.
- You have clear communications skills both written and verbal.
- You have a customer-focused approach to all work.
- Experience in the social housing sector and familiarity with MRI Housing, DRS and AccuServ would be desirable but not essential.
