The role
As an ICT Customer Support & Operations Assistant you will be first point of contact for our customer across The Regenda Group, providing a first-rate service by phone and email via our ICT Customer Support System.
You will also be responsible for recording and maintaining detailed and accurate reports of faults and queries logged with the ICT Service Desk. This role includes configuring equipment for new starters to the business.
