Human Resources Systems Manager oversees the day to day operation, optimisation, and governance of SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring smooth system performance, compliant data management, and a positive user experience while partnering with global teams on enhancements. The role owns configuration, release management, reporting (including Tableau dashboards), and cross functional collaboration with payroll, consultants, and HR stakeholders, while also leading a team member and managing the UK consultancy budget. Strategically, the manager acts as the UK product owner for SuccessFactors—driving continuous improvement, resolving issues, and ensuring the platform supports both UK HR priorities and the global roadmap.
