Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role should possess a strong desire to learn and grow within the HR field. No prior experience is required, as our training program is beginner-friendly and designed to take you from zero to HR professional. Basic computer literacy and good communication skills are essential. Candidates should be self-motivated, organized, and able to dedicate approximately 2 hours per day to study. A high school diploma or equivalent is the minimum educational requirement. We value individuals with a proactive attitude, a keen interest in human resources, and a commitment to completing the industry-recognized CIPD Level 3 Certificate in People Practice.
Responsibilities
As an HR Administrator in our program, your responsibilities will include supporting the recruitment process by assisting with job postings and candidate screening. You will help maintain employee records, ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws, and assist in onboarding new hires. Additionally, you will participate in employee engagement initiatives and contribute to maintaining a positive workplace environment.
