Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper/Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and comfort for our guests. Previous experience in hotel or janitorial services is preferred, but full training will be provided for the right applicant. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within the hospitality industry in a professional environment.

Duties

• Clean and sanitise guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as corridors, lobbies, and restrooms
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
• Ensure all health and safety standards are adhered to during cleaning procedures
• Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and minibar items as required
• Assist with laundry duties when necessary
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures efficiently and thoroughly

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services is advantageous but not essential
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organisational skills and time management abilities
• Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, afternoons, or evenings as needed
• A positive attitude and professional appearance are essential

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
