Your contribution to a multi-million-pound programme will place you at the heart of a major construction works, giving you the opportunity to shape outcomes and have a lasting impact on communities and cities.You’ll Be Responsible ForDirecting planning delivery, providing strategic direction aligned to sector, hub and organisational objectives.Supporting commercial governance, negotiations and long-term strategy, upholding Mace values and responsible outcomes.Enabling high‑performing, inclusive teams through collaboration, knowledge sharing and strong stakeholder relationships.Developing and integrating robust programmes, reflecting logistics, site constraints and sustainable delivery.Coordinating teams, interfaces and reporting, tracking productivity, progress and contractual obligations.Embedding health, safety and net zero outcomes within programme planning and execution.Engaging clients and stakeholders, managing work plans, deadlines and project requirements.You’ll Need To HaveWorking towards professional qualification (e.g. CIOB, APM, PMI).Other relevant qualifications specific to local requirements.Competency to produce programmes and sequence plans with minimal supervision.
