Not just strategy — we need someone who can identify targets, open conversations, and generate real traction.What you’ll be doingIdentify and prioritise high-value referral channelsBuild a pipeline of target partnersInitiate and progress conversationsShape partnership models that convert into bookingsDrive early traction over the next 60–90 daysAdditional scopeIdentify new commercial opportunities (e.g. employer-funded pathways, B2B services)Explore alternative distribution channels and partnershipsProvide market insight based on partner conversationsWhat we’re looking forExperience in private healthcare business development / partnershipsTrack record of building referral channels or commercial partnershipsStrong outbound capability (prospecting, relationship-building, closing)Experience with insurers, EAPs, employers, or similar networksPreferred:Experience working with ADHD / autism services or similar specialist clinicsNot the right fit if you arePrimarily a marketer (SEO/PPC/performance)NHS-only / public sector focusedStrategy-only without hands-on executionEngagementContract / fractional (2–3 days/week)Initial 2–3 months, with potential to extendApply withExamples of partnerships you’ve personally builtA short outline of how you’d approach thisWe’re not looking for a growth plan — we’re looking for someone who can help us build real partnerships quickly.Pay Base: £3k–£4.5k/month (2–3 days/week equivalent)+ Performance:£500–£1,000 per signed partnershipOR bonus tied to first revenue from that partner
