Applicants that are unable to attend a face to face interview need not apply.Main duties of the jobWhat You’ll Be DoingBuilding positive, respectful relationships with patients, families, carers, and colleaguesDelivering prescribed nursing care with attention to physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needsSupporting patients with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, and mobility Helping individuals develop essential life, communication, and social skills to promote independenceMonitoring patient health e.g., blood pressure, temperature, respiration, weight, and screening (following training)Participating in the management of challenging behaviour, including de‑escalation and physical intervention where necessaryMaintaining clear, accurate records and reporting any concerns or incidents promptlyEnsuring a safe, clean, therapeutic environment for patients and staffProtecting patient dignity, privacy and confidentiality at all timesWorking for our organisationEPUT are looking for motivated staff who shares our Trust values of Care, Learn and Empower.
